Below are the answers to some general question

  • When do I pay for my order?

    Once you have placed your order we will contact you for payment. Please feel free to send us your artwork(s) in the mean time.

  • How do I supply my artwork?

    You can upload your file using WeTransfer, itís free to use and accepts file sizes of up to 2gb. We do not recommenced that you email artwork to us

  • Do I get a proof before my order is printed?

    We will always send you a proof before your order goes to print. Once you have received your proof it will have some information contained in the email for you to follow. When you are happy with your proof then all you would need to do is reply to the email with 'PROOF APPROVED - NO CHANGES'.

  • How will my order be delivered?

    All of our products are well packaged and we do our best to ensure they reach you in the best condition. We use national courier companies and as with any package you should always examine it for any damage and only sign for the consignment if you are completely happy. If you sign for a damaged consignment we are unable to claim compensation for any damage.

  • Can I collect my order?

    No, as a web based business our office is not open to the public.
